In a position to take people, ask for performance and make change effective? Your mission: You actively shape the realignment of the external service sales, bring people in motion and make measurable successes from ideas. That's why we're looking for the start of January 2027

Projektmanager (m/w/d) You develop our sales strategy in the field and ensure its consistent implementation. You opt for the customer structure and identify potentials for targeted and economic processing of the market Together with Trade Marketing, you develop concepts to improve the placement of our products in the LEH and in the pharmacy in a sustainable manner Close cooperation with marketing, sales and controlling, always close to team and customers incl. Talks with key customers and accompaniment of cooperations. Designing an external service that remains strong, relevant and effective. Leadership, development and coaching of a 5-strong field team with a clear claim. You accompany change processes in the field, establish new working methods and support the team in their implementation.

Leadership experience in sales – as well as a good sense for people and their development potential. Digital sovereignty and analytical strength: safe in handling key figures, with a clear view for measures and implementation Customer orientation is not a Buzz word, but of course. Communication strength: clear, convincing and able to take people and give direction Design will and demand for change – paired with own initiative and the claim to make things better. Clear view for effective leverage, pragmatic action and high implementation strength as well as proximity to teams and market.
