Responsibility: recruitment of specialists and executives for the area to be supervised and cross-site participation in recruiting projects Create tasks: design and switching job advertisements on job markets, relevant specialist forums and social media platforms, preselection of applicants, implementation of telephone interviews and interviews, support of the selection process Precisely implement: identification of candidate profiles on social networks and specialist forums; Direct address Promoting progress: developing and implementing innovative, target-group-specific recruitment strategies as well as personal marketing and employer branding measures for commercial and technical target groups Living cooperation: Active consulting and support of the locations in the candidate search and participation in candidate trade fairs and representation of the company in recruiting and networking events

Education: Bachelor's degree course of BWL with focus on staff, commercial training or comparable qualification Experience: Professional experience in recruiting, ideally for commercial and technical professionals Know-how: In dealing with various recruiting channels and social media platforms as well as experience in Active Sourcing Personality and working methods: winning being, value-adding approach and communication style, richness of ideas, strong service orientation, independent working, high flexibility and team spirit, enthusiasm Languages: Good English knowledge of advantage Use: readiness to travel within the area to be supervised and to a small extent within Germany
