Construction management for heating, ventilation, sanitation and refrigeration (m/f/d)

You take over the independent construction management of the plants heating, ventilation, sanitary and cold You control and coordinate all participating specialist companies and ensure a smooth construction process You work closely with the project management and internal specialist departments You will keep track of dates, costs and quality and ensure compliance You coordinate the interfaces to adjacent structures (e.g. electrical, MSR, construction) You ensure the quality of planning and execution directly at the construction site You clarify technical details and adapt the execution planning during the construction phase You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (safety, quality, environmental protection) You shall check the dimensions and shall cooperate with the audits of accounts and accounts You organize acceptances, commissionings and functional checks and control the elimination of defects

You have completed a study of supply, building or energy technology or a further education on the technician/master of supply technology
