Strategic and operational personnel consultancy with focus on commercial lines and management Development and implementation of innovative HR strategies to strengthen a positive, performance-oriented corporate culture Competent contact person for all personal topics in the clinics of the business unit Cooperation with the Works Council and ensuring a constructive, legally secure partnership including negotiation of operating agreements Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics for deriving targeted measures for continuous process optimization Monitoring and promotion of health and prevention measures in the context of occupational health management (BGM) Compilation of work-contracting documents for executives as well as employment counselling for commercial management

Complete study with focus on human resources management, business or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner in complex organizational structures, preferably in the medical environment or acute clinics Knowledge of labour law and secure cooperation with works councils (individual and collective law) High consulting competence, excellent communication skills, enforcement strength, conflict management and independent working Proactive, solution-oriented thinking and pronounced social competence Safe handling of HR systems and MS Office, high IT affinity
