Start als IT Consultant (m/w/d) Be part of our dynamic team as an IT consultant in test management (all levels) and design quality assurance in exciting projects for leading banks and insurance companies. In this role, you are the central partner for the test management and develop strategies and concepts that raise the software development and integration process to the next level. You bring your project and leadership experience to effectively control the project teams as a lead. Your passion for quality is reflected in the analysis of KPIs, which you will present at the highest level. You do not hesitate to proactively address risks and develop convincing solution scenarios that you successfully put into action. You drive topics independently and share your valuable experiences and expertise with your colleagues. Together with our management team, you would support acquisitions and continuously expand your personal network – always focusing on your own success and growth of our company. You already have project experience in Application Lifecycle Management, ideally from integration or migration projects with banks, insurance companies or IT service providers. With your expertise in request and test management, you have proven yourself in classic and agile projects. A successful university degree in economic, scientific or IT subjects is desirable, alternatively you can score points with relevant professional experience. You also have experience with Java, databases or SQL. In critical situations, you act as a partner sensitively and convincingly. Teamwork and a joint achievement of goals are important to you, while you always strive for excellent results and live the quality as a holistic process in all phases of the project.
