Your tasks

Analysis & Planning:The main tasks are to analyze individual learning requirements, learning levels, motivation and support needs. This derives targeted support measures as well as individual funding plans, continues and documents learning progress transparently.

Acts & Examination:In the course of the training session, you prepare vocational training contents before and after and impart theoretical content according to the training regulations and curriculum. In addition, you take over the targeted preparation for exams.

**The planning, organisation and implementation of support and support lessons in individual, small and group formats is also one of your tasks. In this context, the theoretical and general education contents of the training are strengthened and deepened in a practical, user-friendly and sustainable manner.

Teamwork & development:You work closely with relevant references and case managers. Professional exchange and inter-collegial consultation are an integral part of the work. In addition, you will show a high willingness to further and further education to continuously expand your knowledge and skills.

Your profile

Qualifications: They have a completed university/higher education degree or a comparable degree and have already gained initial experience in this field.

Experience:They bring experience in the communication of subject-theoretical content as well as in method-didactic teaching and have ideally worked with young people with learning difficulties and/or mental impairments.

Communication & attitude:They convince by communication strength, empathy and a value-adding and clear handling – even in challenging situations.

Competitions:A structured and reliable way of working as well as team skills and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation are of course for you. In addition, you can present the currently applicable immunity certificate in accordance with § 20 Infection Protection Act.
