Trainee (f/m/d) in Occupational Health Management

BR care is the company health management (BGM) in Bayerischer Rundfunk. BR care stands for offers, advice and impulses for psychosocial health. The BR care team supports executives and employees in managing health-relieving business situations and phases of life – individually, needs-oriented and fit.

During the trainee program, knowledge is provided which are necessary for an activity in the BGM (with a focus on psychosocial counselling) at the Bayerischer Rundfunk or enable it to be used in other companies or training institutions. Training and seminars are provided.

BGM Focus Theme: Support in the implementation of the risk assessment of mental stress in cooperation with the Department of Health and Safety. Participation in behaviour prevention, psychosocial health, reconciliation of work and private life, conflict counselling, operational integration management (BEM), BGM projects, workshop organisation, etc.

In relation to the risk assessment of mental stress: Planning and organizing events and (online) workshops Participation in project management: Planning of the new survey round, classification of survey groups for online surveying, contact with internal and external contact persons Reporting on the current project course, e.g. also in the Intranet of Bayerischer Rundfunk Participation in the design and implementation of measures Knowing the needs of employees and pre-legislators as well as the requirements for managers Knowing the basics of occupational health management with a focus on psychosocial advice, BEM, and conflict advice as important BGM components

Completed relevant (specialized) high school studies focusing on psychosocial health (economic and health psychology, psychology, health management, etc.) Apprenticeships in the field of occupational health management or other professional experience Good knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods Routinized handling of MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), SAP knowledge as well as experience with content management applications (e.g. Sharepoint) and online workshop tools (e.g. miro, Conceptboard) are desirable Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as safe and applied appearance Precise, structured work and pleasure in team work
