Werkstudent (m/w/d) People Operations and HR Processes

Bayreuth Munich Designing software solutions for digital and modern administration, which organize the cooperation of citizens: in cities and municipalities – across Bavaria and Germany. We make Germany's administration digital. As a working student (m/w/d) in HR management, you support our HR team in operational day-to-day business and get real insights into modern personnel work – from administrative procedures to digital HR topics. You work closely with experienced HR colleagues:inside and take on your own tasks and areas of responsibility.

Operational personnel work and HR daily You actively work in the HR business and learn how staff work is structured, clean and practical from entry to exit. HR administration and documents You support the establishment and maintenance of certificates and HR documents and understand why accuracy and reliability are crucial in HR. Working hours, holidays and absences You work with topics such as time recording, medical reports and holiday management and learn how legal requirements and internal regulations are applied in practice. HR systems, tools and data You get insights into modern HR systems, work with Excel and other tools and quickly develop an understanding of digital personnel work. HR processes and cooperation You get to know HR processes in detail, participate in their further development and work closely with HR-Kolleg:inside and intervening interfaces.

enrolled studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable degree programme Interest in HR topics and administrative processes Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Word (structured documents) and Excel (tables, simple evaluations) Quick understanding and openness for new software and tools Structured, careful and reliable operation Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data
