Caretaker Full-time (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a homemaster (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Building maintenance: execution of small repairs and maintenance work to ensure the proper condition of the facilities.
• Use in the fleet: operation of rolling and transport vehicles for carrying out internal and external transport tasks.
• Outdoor care: seasonal maintenance work such as lawn mowing, leaching and snow clearing for a well-kept appearance.
• Cleaning coordination: support for cleaning and maintenance measures to maintain the value of the buildings.
• Troubleshooting: Participation in Havarie inserts and Winter Service as part of the operational readiness.

They bring with them:

• Craft or technical skills: professional experience as a master of the house is necessary.
• Operation: Structured approach, independent action and high standards of quality and order.
• Driving licences: Valid driving licence of classes C1E and BE required.
• Reliability: Excellent sense of responsibility and willingness to take on standby services.
• Team skills: Good cooperation with home administration, specialist companies and internal contacts.
