We are looking for finance services in Augsburg Specialist debitor accounting in the field m/w/d. In your role as a credit manager, you are responsible for the support of our participations and therefore the first contact person for questions and concerns of our internal and external customers.

First contact for questions and concerns of our internal and external customers around reminding and complaints written and telephone services Active clarification of open items of our customers Self-employed treatment of cases of clarification in the field of open claims Monitoring of overdue items Agreement of payment plans Telephone and written processing of customer requests

Professional experience in customer care, complaint processing, receivable management and debt collection Strong communication in targeted and solution-oriented customer negotiations through friendly and specific occurrence Pleasure to call customer contact strong team, communication and conflictability Secure and efficient handling of SAP R/3 FI and common MS Office programs
