• You are part of the team Digitization, Quality & Performance at the Irsching power plant.

• You analyze the analog and digital documentation at the location.

• You are visiting the relevant documentation systems, databases and mailboxes.

• You develop a concept for transparent communication with authorities and audit organisations.

• You are introducing improvements for tools and applications for document control.

• You carry out interviews with internal customers and users of the documentation at the power plant.

• You make suggestions for optimizing and simplifying the digitalization of plant documentation.

• You provide recommendations to improve the transparency and availability of documents.

• Study with technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.)

• Good analytical skills

• Minimum basic knowledge in Microsoft applications, such as teams, Sharepoint or Outlook

• First experience in handling technical documents desirable

• Affinity for IT systems and digitalization

• Optimal experience with SAP DVS or similar documentation systems
