Location: Amberg We are specialists for high-precision Bosch industrial screwdrivers and smart screw systems with own control electronics. In this versatile key position you are the technical face for our industrial customers. You take responsibility for the assembly, commissioning and repair of our high-tech systems. In addition, with precise calibrations and QS measures for zero-error quality in the production lines of our customers. Assembly: Professional assembly of new equipment and systems Modification: Installation, wiring, commissioning and testing of our own electronic components Commissioning: Installation, programming and initial operation of connected Bosch industrial screwdrivers and screw systems (incl. workpiece-specific parameterization) directly at customers Maintenance & repair: independent error analysis, diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electronic components of the screwdriving tools both in your own workshop and on-site customers (Germany / worldwide) Quality assurance: implementation of screw case analyses, calibrations and measurement testing to ensure the highest process quality Customer support: Instruction of plant operators, troubleshooting and technical advice for process optimization Documentation: Creation of service reports, test logs and maintenance of the customer database

(m/w/d), Electronics (m/w/d), Industrial Mechanics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience with industrial screwdriving technology (e.g. Bosch Rexroth / Cleco / Atlas Copco) and torque measurement technology of advantage Very good electronics knowledge (battery search on board level, understanding of sensor technology and control technology) Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment and in the ESD environment Driving licence class B, readiness to travel and safe occurrence at the customer Secure handling of MS Office packages, flashing tools and common configuration software Good technical English in word and writing
