You are the central contact for our customers and accompany them through the entire service process. You check vehicles with the customer, explain the scope of service and tune costs as well as dates. You keep the contact between customer and workshop and make it a smooth process. After the final check, you pass the vehicle, explain the invoice and answer customer questions. You take care of customer concerns professionally and find quick solutions.

You have a completed technical training, ideally as a KFZ mechatronic or in automotive trade. You bring first professional experience as a KFZ service consultant or in another car-close area with A high commitment, safe and competent appearance You have a valid class B license
