Commercial project processing or control Contract review and budget planning Project costs and liquidity monitoring Report support Cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with project and construction management Conduct project-related correspondence in coordination with project and construction management Control and monitoring of the project objectives with regard to time, budget and schedule Control of billing as well as independent follow-up Support in the creation of the internal controlling as part of the post-calculation Establishing new processes and optimizing internal project processes Insert preparation of deduction and final payments

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with first professional experience Experience in commercial project processing Good understanding and analytical ability Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of a commodity economy system desirable VOB and BGB knowledge of advantage Embossed numerical affinity and structured, independent working Communication strength, reliability and team spirit
