Our client is a successful international logistics company with its headquarters in Bremen and other European locations. The family business has been on the market for over 80 years and employs over 300 employees. In addition to the transport and storage of food, other services (e.g. finishing, filling) are offered.

In the course of organisational development, the position in the field of customer service logistics/export (m/w/d) for raw materials should be occupied at the next possible time. In this position, you are responsible for processing and managing orders, are in direct contact with our customers and coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth delivery of the goods. Collection and processing of shipping orders Termination of deliveries in coordination with customers and coordination of rebookings or short-term changes Communication with customers to order details, delivery dates or individual requests and clarification of questions Monitoring stocks and coordination with colleagues in the Inbound Department in case of stock issues or movement of goods Creation of documents, such as shipping documents, transport orders, export and outsourcing documents Auditing and settlement of accounts in the course of the disposal of goods Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure a smooth application process Occasional support in customs formalities such as T1/T2 procedures, export declarations or customs warehouse depreciation Participation in inbound processes for representation and support as needed

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the field of forwarding, logistics or wholesale and foreign trade First professional experience in order processing, logistics or customer support is desirable Ideal knowledge in the field of customs processing Joy in a long-term activity with recurring, structured tasks Structured, careful and independent working with a high level of responsibility Communication strength and team spirit combined with a friendly and service-oriented appearance to customers and colleagues Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, occasional communication in English possible
