We operate the IT infrastructure for all pension insurance companies in Germany. Service management ensures efficient processes, ensures the quality of our services and is in direct contact with our customers. The Process Management team is responsible for design, establishment, controlling and continuous improvement of processes. Process management is a central point of contact and coordination for all management, core and support processes of the RZ-DRV process map.
