successfully completed studies focusing on human resources, business management or comparable Multiannual experience as HR Business Partner in an international industrial environment Experience in the control and implementation of HR projects and change processes well-founded knowledge of individual and collective labour law safe handling of MS Office and common HR systems high self-initiative as well as a structured, solution- and result-oriented operation secure judgment, pronounced communication strength and secure action at all hierarchical levels Negotiating strength, organisational talent and high viability strong intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international teams and stakeholders very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
