Junior Consultant Planning of innovative spaces (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute to projects for the conceptual, organisational and spatial development of work, learning and customer environments. You support the analysis of user requirements and building potentials and translate them into strategic concepts, usage scenarios and spatial guides. Professional user advice on building and planning topics (e.g. interior design, ergonomics, working methods, modularity) Analysis and structured collection of user requirements in different areas of use (e.g. office, education) Creation of inventory and demand analyses at the start of the project conceptual planning of area concepts Targeted involvement and coordination of user and design stakeholders across analysis, conception, planning and implementation Preparation, implementation and moderation of interactive workshops, interviews and user formats as well as presentations Working to further develop our performance portfolio and our tools Individual advice, depending on the interest and suitability

Complete study of architecture, interior design, economic engineering or real estate management or completed training in a technical field (e.g. Bauzeichner:in) with corresponding practical experience First professional experience in a comparable field in the form of internships or student work activities, also from the environment of an architectural office Very good computer skills, also good knowledge in handling CAD programs (Revit) Structured, independent working and a communicative, convincing personality Safe handling of virtual collaboration tools as well as security in moderation also virtual formats German and English knowledge in word and writing
