For our HeRO digital product, we are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner (m/w/d), who is driving the success of our product development. You love to explore user problems together with UX Designers to derive relevant features for your Product Roadmap You have pronounced social skills in dealing with people, you communicate and act empathically and at eye level You bring a high degree of self-initiative and reliability and do not hesitate to question old ways of thinking and patterns and to think them new and above all digitally You master the entire keyboard of agile product management from the Effeff, Epics without Impact do not create it on the Roadmap You are part of a team of positive, enthusiastic and senior personalities who motivate and inspire others You act as a strategist and stakeholder manager, but above all you help your team pragmatically and quickly to ship Deliverables with noticeable Outcome You shape the future in one of the most important industries worldwide

You have at least 5 years of professional experience and master digital product management for complex web applications and/or mobile apps You prioritize requirements from all areas of the company, identify user requirements, keep them constantly up against each other and meet pragmatic and data-based decisions with your team You are delighted to lead an experienced cross-functional team with a calm hand and a lot of mutual trust You develop product visions, first set roadmaps, align team and stakeholders on a product vision, prioritize product features and always fight the team for the best solution You're looking for logistics and maybe already have first experience in the industry You bring fluent German and English into word and writing
