limited for three years. The doctoral studies are carried out either at the Public Health Doctorate Center as Dr. P.H. or at the cooperative doctoral research platform of the Fulda University with the Philipps-Universität Marburg as Dr. rer. med.

Your main tasks:

› With your PhD project at the Public Health Promotion Centre, you contribute to public health research by choosing a population-related approach and dealing with issues such as prevention of diseases, promotion of health and renewal of life. The doctoral project requires a public health-relevant reference to topics such as health care, health promotion and prevention or equal opportunities for health. You will be treated by high-research professors from the Public Health Promotion Centre.

› With your doctoral project at the cooperative doctoral platform, you can doctorate with a clinical approach or in the field of basics of therapy and care professions or Hebammenwissenschaft at the Department of Health Sciences of the University of Applied Sciences Fulda and the Department of Medicine of the Philipps University Marburg. You will be represented by one professor in both institutions

› You are willing to introduce your technical or methodological expertise in teaching for two semester week hours at the Department of Health Sciences.

Your profile:

› for admission to the Public Health doctorate, a relevant Master's degree is required after a degree with a total of 300 performance points in accordance with ECTS and a total result with at least the grade 2.0 or an ECTS ranking of the grade B or an equivalent, relevant degree. In accordance with §5 para.2 of the doctoral regulations of the Department of Medicine of the University of Marburg, admission to cooperative doctoral studies is valid.

› Your research interests as well as your PhD project are compliant with the thematic priorities of the Department of Health Sciences and/or the topics of the Public Health Promotion Centre. Ideally, you already have experience in research.

› Your project description with a range of four to six pages attached to the application documents suggests that you can complete the doctoral project in three years.

The grouping takes place in the pay group 13 TV-H if appropriate conditions exist. The bodies shall be financed from the funds of the programme to support the development of SMEs at universities of applied research.
