Consultant Finance & Risk (w|m|d)

Projects: We advise banks, insurance companies and other financial service providers in the development of risk strategies and control systems, in the quantitative and qualitative management of various risk types and in the implementation of diverse regulatory requirements.

Accounting: You accompany the optimization and redesign of processes. Rate ESG topics or accompany software launches.

Controlling: Design the transformation of our customers into first-class financial organisations through the development and optimization of banking control and reporting processes.

Risk & Regulatory: You work with the analysis of regulatory requirements and their practical design by keeping track of current impulses about sustainable finance, financial crime and digitalization.

Treasury / Capital Investment: Get involved in the design of investment strategies, especially in deriving strategic asset allocations or sustainable portfolio execution.

Responsibility: Work together in the team to develop innovative solutions or use the opportunity to write own articles and studies, e.g. our regional bank student or insurance study.

Successful university degree (economics, e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).

First experience (in one of the above mentioned areas) through an internship, in consulting, in the financial and insurance sector or through a training/ dual study in the banking and insurance sector.

Joy in solving complex problems as well as analytical and communicative skills – you can inspire people and your ideas.

German and English knowledge in word and writing.
