Working Student* Technical Content Creation & E-Learning

You support us in creating and preparing modern digital learning content. In doing so, you make technical themes understandable, creative and target-group-oriented. A central focus is on content creation: you develop and design learning videos, short explanation formats, interactive learning modules, presentations, PDFs, speaker texts, animations and AI-based content formats. Existing content is available for our e-learning platform, opting for digital learning formats and creating a clear, professional and brand-compliant representation. With tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline or comparable applications, you'll create simple learning modules and support in the didactic and visual processing of content. You can also research trends and best practices related to content creation, e-learning, micro-learning, storytelling, gamification and AI-based media production and introduce your own ideas. In addition, you’re puggling content in the Learning Management System, supporting simple evaluations and keeping tasks and documentation up to date in Jira and Confluence.

You are in the middle of your studies and are interested in content creation, digital media, marketing, communication and modern learning formats. A study in the field of media, marketing, communication, e-learning, economic engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics is of advantage, but no need. You have the pleasure of making complex content understandable, visually appealing and target group-oriented. First experiences with content, video, audio, graphics or animation tools are a plus, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Camtasia, Premiere Pro or comparable tools. Experiences with learning management systems or author tools such as Articulate 360, Rise or Storyline are helpful, but no requirement. You work structured, carefully and reliably and have a good sense of storytelling, clear communication and digital content formats. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (at least B2) complete your profile.
