Preparation of construction projects in coordination with our clients or their own project development Coordination of the project team and the project participants in all phases of project realisation up to key completion Contractors and contractors Control of your own building team Control of construction production processes in cooperation with the local construction management Cost and time control incl. Refund management Disposition of personnel and large technology Ensure compliance with valid regulations, directives and operational regulations

A completed civil engineering degree (FH/TH) Multiannual professional experience as project manager SF - Construction Management qualities, ambitious, open, dynamic, flexible and perseverance, economic and commercial thinking Organizational skill, open mind, team skills, commitment Team spirit, willing to further develop someone else Excellent communication skills and are particularly contactable at all levels Funded knowledge in tendering-calculation and scheduling programs German knowledge of C1 level is required for this position
