As a foreman, you are the professional representative of the disciplinary leadership (master) Your main tasks include the professional distribution of tasks in the manufacturing sector as well as the professional guidance of employees To do this, take care of the time recording for staff in the area You follow the planning, organisation and monitoring of work processes You ensure compliance with statutory, operational and collective agreements Your task also includes the creation of blank lists Ensure the availability of machinery and equipment In this course you are also responsible for personnel deployment planning In your work, you also contribute to optimizing production processes To do this, you will also make adjustments to the machine parameters You also lead to the documentation of control communications In your functions, you contribute to ensuring material availability

You have a completed training as a specialist electricalian, electronic or mechatronic To this end, you have many years of professional experience in the production of cables and have a corresponding, practice-proven knowledge level A good understanding of technical drawings, piece lists and work schedules will help you work daily Care, reliability and a high level of quality characterize your work You work independently, structured and keep track of complex tasks First experience in staff management is desirable You have the ability to communicate, initiative and enforcement Knowledge of cable assembly according to VG and soldering skills complete your profile
