Customer Center Clerk (m/w/d)

The customer delivery centre of our customer is more than just a place of vehicle transfer – it is a central place of brand presentation where automotive dreams become true. Here, customers experience the highlight of their anticipation and receive their new premium vehicle. An equally important and professional process is the withdrawal of vehicles. For this responsible area we are looking for a dedicated and detailed personality that ensures vehicle billing with precision and service orientation. As a specialist (m/w/d) in the vehicle billing, you are a central interface in this process. You ensure a smooth, transparent and financially correct completion of the vehicle cycle and contribute significantly to the satisfaction of customers and to the compliance of the highest quality standards.

Own-responsible billing: You are responsible for the complete and correct financial handling of vehicles withdrawn (e.g. leasing returner, utility car).

Invoicing and credit creation: You create and check invoices, cancellations and credits for vehicle damages, reduced-kilometres or post-loads in accordance with internal guidelines and contractual agreements.

Systemic processing: You collect and maintain all accounting data in the specific IT systems, in particular in SAP and the related applications.

Communication and clarification: You are contact persons*in for internal departments (e.g. reviewers, sales, accounting) as well as for external partners and customers in case of queries about the accounting process.

Process optimization: You actively contribute to the analysis and improvement of existing accounting processes in order to continuously increase efficiency and quality.

Data management and reporting: You ensure data quality and support the creation of relevant evaluations and reports.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a car businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience: You already bring relevant professional experience in accounting, accounting, accounting or a similar field, preferably from the automotive industry or a leasing/financing environment.

IT skills: You are versed in handling MS Office (especially Excel) and have ideally already worked with SAP (Modul SD or FI).

Precision and number affinity: A careful, structured and absolutely accurate way of working distinguishes you. You have a strong understanding of numbers and commercial processes.

Personality: You are a communication-strong, team-capable and resilient personality. Even with high workloads, keep an overview and act confidently.

Language skills: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are essential for this position.
