In the course of our junior funding programme, we will gradually prepare you for the tasks as an industrial manager within 6-9 months. You get to know all the workflows, understand inter-departmental relationships and build up a cross-site network. Through concrete target agreements and regular reflection talks, you will be guided to your role in a structured manner by more experienced managers and personnel development. You take the lead of individual layers step-by-step, the operational control of our warehouse processes and the management of employee talks of all kinds. At the end of the program you are able to conduct your layer independently, perform team seating and implement first improvement projects.

You have completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in this field. You bring joy in dealing with people, a pronounced team capacity and the will to take responsibility as leadership. You are characterized by a structured way of working, aiming and high empathy. A problem-solving and result-oriented mode of operation as well as the strength to keep quiet even in dynamic and challenging situations round off their profile.
