These include the employee magazine ''echt'', the Intranet, the various formats of management and executive communication, as well as the advice of the departments in change processes.

The focus is on supporting change programmes and measures communicatively and thus strengthening the orientation, participation and confidence of employees. You develop sustainable strategies and concepts for internal communication based on knowledge and methods of communication and economics. This includes identifying important messages and topics within ongoing or planned change programmes and measures, as well as the independent design of innovative communication formats. The target group-oriented research and writing of texts for the various channels of internal communication, the organization and the evaluation of the communication, as well as the advice of the management levels of the bank complete your portfolio of tasks.

Master's or equivalent degree in communication science, media science, public relations, economics, journalism or a comparable subject Very good knowledge of methods in communications and economics At least three years of professional experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies, in particular in the context of change processes Imprinted ability to create and edit media and target group texts Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Negotiating skills and safe occurrence Impressive cooperation capability Very good German and good English skills
