Your tasks in detail: Responsibility: Customer support: Qualified client support and coordination with authorities and specialist engineers are in your hands Team leadership: You lead the interdisciplinary project team and manage innovative project processes together as a team Negotiating skills: The tendering and awarding activities, as well as the negotiation and commissioning of after-contracting services are coordinated by you. Coordination capacity: You ensure the turnkey construction and the final construction take-off

Qualified studies: You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification Practical experience: You already have several years of experience in the realization of construction projects in industrial and commercial construction Knowledge: You bring knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Soft Skills: You always keep an overview and stand out for high communication and team skills; You possess enforcement strength and negotiation skills, strategic thinking and acting lies in your blood
