• Real Ownership: testing, learning, scaling • 3 rotations of 6 months • Structure + support: onboarding, clear goals, feedback, mentor Your impact • Translating data into decision-relevant findings and contributing to the management of the business • contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives in data transformation and automation • Work across sectors with teams from business, IT, finance and risk on end-to-end data flows • Ensure data quality, transparency and usability across systems and processes • Support scalable and efficient processes through automation and intelligent data design Possible stations • Business Intelligence (BI) – Data & Project: Create Reporting, Analyze KPIs, Develop dashboards and Support Stakeholder Communication and Project Coordination • Data Specialist: Develop data models, ensure data quality and analyze and optimize data flows and data transfer processes • Sales Data: Analyze sales data, support performance tracking and create data-based decision bases • Accounting Automation & Transformation: Automate Accounting Processes, Integrate Data and Support Transformation Initiatives for the Development of Finance Function • Process Automation: Analyze data and business processes, document process processes and support automation solutions, for example with RPA

• Studies in Business Intelligence, (economic) informatics, business analysis, controlling or comparable • Analytical thinking, communication strength, implementation minimum set and affinity for data and processes • Excel very good; Knowledge of SQL, Java, Power BI or RPA technologies are desirable • Project experience as well as the ability to structure data flows and technical requirements end-to-end are advantageous • First experiences with data modeling, BI tools, process automation or macros are desirable • You are a team player with Drive • German & English very good
