Specialist in Sales Law and Related Areas of Law (m/f/d)

You act as a contact person (m/w/d) and legal advisor (m/w/d) for our sales executives with a focus on sales law. With your expertise, you design our sales contracts, develop and test individual contracts, advise and support the external service in legal issues. You aim to follow developments in the regulatory environment of sales and to derive the necessary measures for the external service of the Württembergische Legal disputes (except court and court) are accompanied by you. You actively participate in exciting sales projects. Training courses for sales related to the task are designed and carried out by you.

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) with a successful first and second legal state exam. You bring several years of relevant experience from legal or employment activities, preferably in sales law and related jurisdictions, as well as advice on sales partnership topics. You have practical experience in evaluating sales issues. You have already gained experience in the field of committee work and in the handling and evaluation of association policy issues, ideally in the field of insurance. If you already have process and project experience, this is an enrichment for the task. You have the ability to perform results-oriented, structured and independent work. You are highly motivated to work on new legal issues independently You have a secure appearance and communication strength and the ability to present even complex situations in a recipient-oriented manner.
