As a specialist in customer service and key account management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the support of small business customers in the Marketing and Sales Division. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Active customer contact and ongoing support, especially smaller C/D company customers • Processing of requests from corporate customers and end users via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, social media, personally) to sales, tariff, and contract matters as well as to (online) ordering platforms Solution of complex inquiries in close cooperation with internal teams in marketing and sales as well as external partners • Management and updating of customer data in our database, including the processing of refund requests • independent processing, shipping and archiving of corporate agreements • Creation of reports and provision of evaluations and information • Care and management of the order portal for company subscriptions

Your qualifications: • Complete commercial training with multi-year professional experience in sales and/or customer service • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • High ability to identify complex tariff structures and contractual provisions • Excellent knowledge in the application of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel • Ideally experience in support of online purchase processes • Ideally high affinity and sound understanding of IT system landscapes
