You are in daily customer contact the center between the customers and our car house. You live customer orientation and service quality at a high level. Competent order intake and final control of vehicles Support and advice of our customers with regard to the nature, costs and scope of the order Own creation of cost proposals Compliance with the target requirements of manufacturers regarding customer satisfaction, sales and market processing Accident calculations as well as damage processing with insurance, warranty and culmination processing with vehicle manufacturers Collection of repair allowances for insurance and leasing companies Responsible order distribution and subsequent appointment and order monitoring in the workshop

Successfully completed commercial or technical training for motor vehicle mechanics (m/w/d) or Ideally with additional qualification to the certified automotive service consultant (m/w/d) or further training to the motor vehicle master (m/w/d) Preferably multi-year professional experience in service consulting Communication skills and customer orientation Very good ways of dealing with applied and safe occurrence Positive and open radiation Organizational institution
