Efficient and fast processes are essential for the Materna group with over 4,500 employees. As part of our GRIP2 strategy program, we relocate to SAP SuccessFactors and build an internal expert team that implements this transformation. Your task: the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors – from requirement analysis to implementation to support. You work closely with the specialist areas, optimierst HR processes and ensure smooth system integration.

you design the group-wide introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors. analyse existing HR processes as well as requirements and develop optimization potentials and best practices in close cooperation with the departments. Configure, optimize and integrate the SuccessFactors modules, especially in the areas of Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Learning and Performance & Goals. support the key users through training, documentation and 2nd level support. tax external service providers and advise the management as well as the departments regarding the best possible use of SuccessFactors.

That's what you bring A completed study of the business economy, (economic) informatics or comparable training Multiannual experience in consulting, configuration and/or introduction of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll of advantage) Ideally cross-module integration skills within the SuccessFactors Suite Knowledge of the business processes of a management organization and knowledge about the digitization of business processes Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing That's what characterizes you personally For different situations as well as people you have a sense and can adjust yourself well.
