You are responsible for the entire care process from anamnese to nursing planning to evaluation and thus ensure the high quality of care for our residents: You carry out an activating basic and treatment care, which is oriented towards the individual needs and the daily structure of the people entrusted to you As a trusted contact person, our residents advise you: competent and sensitive in all nursing questions You work closely in the interdisciplinary team with nursing team:inside, doctor:inside and therapist:in order to ensure holistic care You take over the careful and professional care documentation and thus ensure the traceability of all measures

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) With your sensitive and respectful way, you will create a trusting atmosphere for residents: You like to work in the team, take responsibility and want to actively shape the quality of care A positive and affluent work attitude as well as basic IT skills round off your profile For professional documentation and communication in the team you have good German skills (at least B2-level)
