In the Global Customer Service and Parts (GCSP), you are directly involved in important processes that are crucial for the safety and quality of our products. Specifically, with your knowledge of modern technologies and advanced data analysis methods, you support the processes that are in the field of product observation. This means that you are helping to identify and systematically analyze the vulnerabilities and problems that occur in the daily use of our products. As a sensor, you initiate the error setting process in which we create sustainable measures for the field with partners from GCSP, development, production, purchasing, legal and quality. What awaits you: Cooperation with experts from various fields – from data analytics to development to production and quality

Active work with data: You research, prepare field data and recognize trends that improve our processes

Support in the development of technical solutions – always in exchange with international teams and markets

Participation in the strategic management of the department: You will start key figures and presentations for important decisions

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Students from technical or economic studies who want to deepen their knowledge in Data Science, Analytics and AI

Team-oriented, open personalities with very good knowledge of German and English, who like to accept new challenges

First programming experience (e.g. in Python) and basic knowledge of tools such as Pandas or NumPy are available and you want to develop yourself further

You bring AI tools on course with the right prompts and know that good questions are often halfway to the solution

You use MS Office, especially Excel, routined for your analyses and presentations

Analytical thinking, structured working and learning pleasure

A driver's license and interest in vehicles are a plus – but much more important is your motivation to grow together with us!
