The CITIPOST transports letters and parcels from companies, public institutions and private customers. Proven strengths are the reliable service, high delivery quality and low postage. Every day 170 employees process up to 300,000 shipments for over 1,700 customers. The postal service provider is a subsidiary of the MADSACK Media Group.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for

Redresser (d/m/w).

You collect specific postal products and sort letter returners You run Address Research You take care of the sorting and retouring of inaccessible mailings and packages according to customer specifications You create data evaluations

A completed vocational training (not necessarily a motor vehicle) or prior knowledge of redress processing would be desirable You have good knowledge of the German language in word and writing You are flexible to use and are happy to work in new tasks You have a routined approach to MS Office and generally has good PC user knowledge Ideally you bring good local knowledge A dedicated, reliable, durable and team-capable personality characterizes you Daily working hours from 17:00 to 01:30 is not a problem for you
