As part of the creative team, you design strong communication ideas and concise messages – for campaigns, corporate communications and assets You use them textually in all channels – from print to web to social media For good energy and the right sound you want: with target group and channel specific response, on- and offline You research yourself, immerse yourself in energy issues and transform complex content and briefings into clear messages and effective texts You also support other teams with your text pertise (and hopefully find better word games) You develop the LichtBlick Tone of Voice, set language guides and make sure our corporate language remains consistent everywhere You bring fresh ideas for AI & Copywriting, expand our Prompt Library and inspire teams with new creative AI applications

You bring a completed study or training in a close-to-text area (e.g. communication sciences or Germanistics) or a comparable qualification with You have already been able to collect knowledge in texts – digital and classic, ideally in agencies, content marketing or FMCG You have a strong conceptual thinking and excellent linguistic expressiveness, are also fit in spelling and grammar Experience in the development of brand guidelines and channel-specific tonality are not a new country for you, because you know how to develop brands linguistically You already have experiences in the field of UX Writing or are looking to get involved in the topic Using AI as a creative Sparring partner? Absolutely! You have fun using AI for your work and further development of the brand You are inspired by other teams dealing with AI and show new, smart ways to handle AI for copywriting Humor, attitude and a heart for climate protection should of course be yours – just like the joy of writing You work structured and self-organized – and you are (even so or anyway) a real team player*in You are strong in communication, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability – then we look forward to you!
