You lead your directorial markets (Region Ulm, Augsburg, Munich, Stuttgart and Offenburg) and their teams to success with determination and empathy. You will focus on a clear vision and targeted action to achieve ambitious goals together. Key figures are not just a benchmark for you, but a motivation. You use it to improve the performance of your directing markets through targeted analyses Staff, budgets, costs, stocks: You are always planning business and constantly optimizing the measures in your markets Compliance with standards in terms of quality assurance for a strong market and brand presence is a matter of course for you In the sense of our omnichannel strategy, you will play a key role in the integration of the physical and digital distribution world with your markets

You have a successful degree in economics or a comparable qualification You have at least 5 years of experience in the infilialized retail, ideally in a leadership function You are driving a constant optimisation idea and it is fun to develop creative customer-centric solutions You have excellent communicative skills, good enforcement and high resilience You distinguish entrepreneurial and positive thinking and pragmatic action You live in the specified region, bring travel and a class B licence.
