Responsible building management of modernization projects in the inhabited and uninhabited stock – from planning to successful completion Coordination and control of all works involved in the construction, including own craft teams and external subcontractors Ensuring the quality of the building by continuous monitoring of the design according to applicable standards, regulations and internal quality standards Date and cost control to comply with the economic and temporal project objectives Organisation and implementation of the acceptances and preparation of the dimensions and accounting documents leadership and motivation of the construction site team, including efficient deployment planning and support in technical issues
