Recruiter (m/f/d)

In this part-time position, you win matching talents for iwb and actively shape our recruiting. In detail, this means: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from the job advertisement to the contract signature in close coordination with the departments of our subsidiaries. You publish job advertisements and win matching candidates through active-sourcing, especially for technical and engineering positions. You are looking for applications, talking and coordinating the selection process as well as communication with applicants and executives. You represent us at Higher Education Fairs and Recruiting Events and shape our employer branding. You'll be prudent in our candidate management system, evaluate recruiting key figures and develop our processes and search strategies.

Our area of responsibility and responsibility offers various possibilities. Together we design your work based on your expertise and your individual ideas. Do not hesitate to introduce yourself, even if you do not yet meet all requirements. You have a completed study or a commercial training, ideally with personal or economic reference. You bring Recruiting experience, ideally for technical professionals from civil engineering, architecture or related fields. You use Active Sourcing channels such as LinkedIn securely and ideally have experience with an applicant management system. You communicate bindingly, work independently and structured and keep an overview even in parallel occupation procedures. You enjoy dealing with people and enjoy working with different disciplines and executives. You master the German language fluently in word and writing.
