Senior Project Manager - Dismantling / Pollutant Remediation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for complex refurbishment and reconstruction projects from the first risk assessment and the creation of pollutant catastrophes to the final acceptance. You develop tailor-made refurbishment, rebuilding and disposal concepts and take into account all legal frameworks such as waste law and work protection. You actively control the tendering and awarding, take over the construction monitoring on site and ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards. As a central contact for our customers, you present our portfolio of services, build sustainable relationships and drive forward the further development of our market activities. Perspectively, you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team at the Berlin site and develop your colleagues in a targeted manner.

You will bring well-founded expertise in building materials, environmental and waste law, as well as in work protection (e.g. HOAI/AHO). You have already gained several years of professional experience in the project management of renovation or reconstruction projects. As a communication-strong personality with a safe appearance, you are happy to take responsibility and have the pleasure of consulting customers and leading projects to success. Your work is structured and quality-conscious, and you are open to digital processes and are sure to deal with MS Office. You speak German and ideally teach good English skills.
