They support the Commodity Manager EMS in the procurement of electronic components at times of allocation. In addition, you will provide support for all tasks and activities of the Strategic Purchasing area as part of the product development process (PEP). Following tasks await you:

• Support of the Commodity Manager EMS in the procurement of electronic components at times of allocation
• Support for all tasks and activities of the Strategic Purchasing area within the framework of the product development process (PEP)
• Creating a cross-site miscellaneous list with corresponding priority allocation in coordination with the corresponding production controls
• coordination with EMS suppliers, distributors, brokers, component management and development to process miscellaneous parts according to the established priority list and to introduce potential alternatives
• Early integration of preferential suppliers into the product development process in coordination with the Project Buyer and the Commodity Manager
• Coordination of the project schedule with the affected team members to ensure the timely processing of all tasks and activities of the Strategic Purchasing area
• Coordination and monitoring of project-relevant work content
• Internal cross-site cooperation with operational purchasing and production control of the time processing of all tasks and activities of the Strategic Purchasing area

We wish:

• A completed degree in economic engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in aerospace, strategic purchasing, and a general technical understanding
• Embossed team and communication skills, as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
• A high degree of flexibility with regard to changing requirements
• German and English language skills
• Tools: MS-Office, SAP
