Cooperation with industry and the design of recovery projects by recruiting further third parties, as well as the protection of intellectual property and the development of services will be part of the task of the Innovation Manager. The development of business areas and communication with different stakeholders from the economy, based on the topics and expertise of the employees: within the “AstroCeNT Plus” project, will also be part of the activity. For this purpose, close cooperation and support is provided by DESY's Innovation & Technology Transfer (ITT) staff and close links to activities in Poland.
