(Junior) Project Manager Logistics Operational Transport (m/w/d)

As a (Junior) consultant in the field of operating transport, you contribute to the development of the logistics strategy of the future and ensure the further development of our transport management system. This means: • Contact person for Head of Transport Logistics (operative and strategic) • Follow-up of projects and detection and implementation of optimization potentials • Interface partners to Lidl International as well as internal departments (e.g. IT, Sales, etc.) • KPI analysis and review with the logistics centers • Calls and negotiations with transport service providers • Conception and implementation of training to ensure the understanding of the processes of colleagues

• Completed studies or comparable training with further education (e.g. specialist) • First professional experience in the logistics environment (preferably in logistics centers of a LEH) or experience in project management • A pronounced system/IT affinity as well as a high degree of communication capability • Very good handling of Google Workspace or comparable office programs • High identification and analytical capability • Ownership of a class B licence in connection with a readiness to travel (approximately 10%) within Germany
