capture and control of incoming invoices, as well as their accounting and accounting Creation and transmission of VAT reports by UStG and ZM notifications Self-care and coordination of creditor, debitor and property accounts Certain processing and monitoring of the numbers Participation in the creation of monthly/annual accounts (such as the creation of delimitations, and completion of plant accounting) Support and representation within financial accounting and close cooperation with the Purchasing and Controlling departments Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Proper documentation and archiving of all relevant documents

completed commercial training, e.g. tax specialist or the like, ideally with the additional qualification to the account holder (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable, with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Secure knowledge of HGB, UStG Experience with US-GAAP of advantage Safe in handling MS Office and ERP software Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, conscientious and targeted working methods Responsive, reliable and team-ready
