In your function as a building designer (m/w/d), you work in an interdisciplinary planning team on future-oriented construction projects in the performance phases 1–5 – from education and sports buildings to administrative buildings and industrial and commercial buildings. You model buildings in 3D and derive 2D drawings, which you will work out and detail according to the respective performance phase, taking into account technical standards, guidelines and legal requirements. Together with the architects, you develop sophisticated and economical solutions for different types of buildings and actively contribute your expertise to the planning. Individual planning and thematic areas are handled independently and are accompanied and supported by your project and team management. In addition, you support the creation of construction applications and approval documents.
You have completed training as a building designer [m/w/d] in the field of architecture and have already gained several years of professional experience. You have profound knowledge in handling 3D CAD programs, in particular REVIT or comparable systems, ideally using BIM-based planning methods, as well as the common office applications. Also in complex and demanding construction projects, you keep an overview and work structured and carefully. You are characterised by a team-oriented working method and a secure cooperation with architects and specialist planners.
