Your tasks

• You accompany the strategic design of the ServiceNow Platform
• You coordinate and manage the adaptation and architecture of ServiceNow modules and applications
• You make sure that requirements and implementations are carried out within the framework of technical governance and set the platform up to date
• You ensure the quality assurance and compliance of best practices, security and compliance
• You keep an overview of the planned releases and dependencies
• You take the strategic and operational advice of internal customers

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of (economic) computer science or in a comparable course of studies
• You bring multi-year professional experience with the ServiceNow environment
• You have experience in managing teams and project groups
• You can present practical experience in Java Script, agile working methods (SCRUM)
• You bring tech. Understanding integration with (Rest/ SOAP)
• You have a strong team idea and strong communication skills
• You have a solution and process-oriented way of thinking and have analytical and communicative strengths
• You bring sound knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
