Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Central contact for coordination between departments, purchasing and legal department Pre-examination of contracts and coordination of examination by the legal department Translation of technical requirements into clear commercial and contractual requirements Advising the IT service organisation and project teams in matters relevant to contracting and procurement in consultation with the legal department Support for the definition of commercial and contractual requirements for new services, projects and procurement projects Support in negotiations of: software licensing agreements, cloud and SaaS contracts, managed services, IT service contracts / IT work contracts, framework contracts and SOWs (Statements of Work) Support in the event of contractual changes, yields and escalation processes as well as the identification and monitoring of contractually relevant risks and deriving appropriate measures Coordination and monitoring of compliance with data protection requirements

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed studies of law, business management, economic law, business informatics or a comparable qualification At least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT purchasing, contract management, Vendor management or commercial management Good knowledge of IT procurement processes and commercial contractual structures Experience in handling software, cloud, managed service and service contracts Understanding Contract Law and Contract Risks Experience in cooperation with purchasing and legal departments Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation German and English skills
