You guide, engage and inspire a team of software developers:inside who work on system-relevant and performance-critical software components You continuously develop, implement and improve agile workflows and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira) in order to align development work on the product targets while ensuring transparency and delivery focus You work closely with product management to refine priorities, manage the scope and translate business goals into feasible development work You monitor the technical implementation in key areas such as development at operating system level, high-performance computers and low-level system work You support and promote best practices in troubleshooting, profile creation and performance optimization while avoiding top down micromanagement You care for a trusted, feedback-oriented culture in which individual employees can grow and unfold

You have at least 5 years of experience in managing powerful software development teams in fast-paced, agile environments You have technical foundations with practical knowledge in programming languages at system level such as C, Rust and Go You have knowledge of Interna's operating systems, device drivers and performance optimization techniques You have comprehensive expertise in agile methods, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and iterative provision across multiple teams You can effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and thus close the gap between technical details and strategic objectives You have experience in managing or supporting self-organized, autonomous teams focusing on craftsmanship and responsibility
