Professional and disciplinary leadership of our logistics team at the locations Ulm and Cologne Coordination and control of the 3PL service providers and negotiation of seasonal fluctuations of in/outbound quantities Monitoring of daily inbound and outbound targets as well as the delivery quality at the customer based on (defining) SLAs Cooperation with various stakeholders, e.g. internal departments, customers and logistics partners Control and analysis of transport and storage costs, stocks and identification of potential savings Implementation, maintenance and further development of key figures for performance assessment (KPI`s) and implementation of improvement measures Identification and elimination of faults in the supply chain from receipt of goods until delivery to the customer Control of freight bills

Successful completion of vocational training in logistics with continuing qualification for logistics master (m/w/d) or Bachelor's degree in logistics Multiannual professional experience in the logistics industry, ideally experience in the field of “white goods” and B2C Ability to manage and motivate our logistics team as well as effective communication with our customers and service providers (m/w/d) Confidence in handling standard logistics software and modern technologies for monitoring and analysis of logistics processes Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data High customer orientation with simultaneous cost awareness Standing for occasional missions
